I., N.Y. 11971 Telephone 765-£660 MINUTES Southold Town Board of Appeals July 30, 1976 A special meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held at 11:00 A.M. (E.D.S.T.), Friday, July 30, 1976, at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York. There were present: Messrs: Robert W. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman; Robert Bergen; Fred Hulse, Jr.; Charles Grigonis, Jr. The meeting was called by the Chairman for the purpose of reviewing applications which have been received by the Board since the July 22, 1976, meeting at which time six (6) appli- cations were reviewed and approved fOr hearing on August 12, 1976. On motion by Mr. Bergen, seconded by Mr. Hulse, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set 8:50 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, August 12, 1976 at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place of hearing upon application of Ella Reinhardt, Reydon Drive, Southold, New York (Edsard John Boyd V, Attorney) for a vari- ance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 & Bulk SchedUle for permission to set off lot with insufficient width and area. Location of property: west side Reydon Drive, north side West Shore Drive, Southo~d, New York; Lots 1 to 6, Section A, Reydon Shores. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, Hulse, Grigonis. On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Grigonis, it was RESOLVED that the Southold.Town Board of Appeals set 9:00 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, August 12, 1976 at the Town Southold Town Board of Appeals -2- July 30, 1976 Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place of hearing upon applic~ti6~ of Robert Adipietro, Peconic Lane, Peconlc, New York for a special exception in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 B (1) for permission to use existing premises for two-family house. Location of property: east side Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York, bounded on the north by now or formerly Turner; east by Hairston, south by Hairston and L.I.R.R.; west by Peconic Lane. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Hulse, Grigonis. Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Gillispie, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set 9:15 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, August 12, 1976 at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place of hearing upon application of Robert W. Wendell, 1020 Glen Road, Southold, New York for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 and Bulk Schedule for permission to divide lot with existing buildings. Location of property: Pine Neck Road and North Bayview Road, Southold, New York, bounded on the north by Pine Neck Road; east by North Road to Bayview; south by Van Zandt; west by Cowan and Jordan. Vote of the Board: Ayes: - Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, Hulse, Grigonis. On motion by Mr. Bergen, seconded by Mr. Gillispie, it was RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Board of Appeals set 9:25 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, August 12, 1976 at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as ~he time and place of ~saring upon application of Dorothy Donarski, Main Road, Cut6hogue, New York for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 A (a) (1) for permission to enlarge farm stand. .Location of property: south side Main Road, Cutchogue, New York bounded on north by Main Road; east by Krupski; west by Klos. Vote of the Board: Ayes: - Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, Hulse, Grigonis. Southold Town Board of Appeals -3- July 30, 1976 On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Hulse, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set 9:35 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, August 12, 1976 at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place of hearing upon application of Micheline M. McCracken, 5311 Pali Point, LaCanada, California (Iserman & Iserman, Attorneys) for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30 and Bulk Schedule for permission to divide property with existing dwellings. Location of property: west~' side Montauk Avenue, Fishers Island, New York, bounded on the north by S. Morell; east by Montauk Avenue; south by Hedge; west by Right-of-way.
