Southold Town Board of Appeals
September 10, 1976
A special meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
was held at 11:15 A.M. (E.D.S.T.), Friday, SePtember 10, 1976
at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York.
There were pres~t: Messrs: Robert W. Gillispie, Jr.,
Chairman; Robert Bergen3 Fred Hulse, Jr., Charles Grigonis, Jr..
The meeting was called by the Chairman for the purpose
of '.ewing applications which have been received by the Board
S~ptember 2, 1976, meeting at which, time two (2) ap-
pl were reviewed and approved for hearing on September
23, 1976.
On mot~ion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Bergen, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set
8:00 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), Thursday, September 23, 1976 at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place
of hearing upon application of William and Alysse ~ohnson, 8
Larkspur Drive, West ISlip, New York for a variance in accord-
ance_,.with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 100-30
and Bulk Schedule for permission to relocate building with in-
sufficient setback. Location of property: Haywaters Ro~ Ex-
tension; Lot ~17, Peconic Bay Properties.
Vote of the Board: kye~: - Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen,
Hulse, Grigonis.
On motion by Mr. Bergen, seconded by Mr. Hulse, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set
8:10 P.M. (E.D.S.T.), ~Thursday, September 23, 1976, at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and place

of hearing upon application of Eastern Long Island Kampgrounds,
Inc. by Richard C. Wilton, Presiden, P.O. Box 89, 690 Queen
Street, Greenport, New York for a special exception in accord-
ance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 100-50 B (5)
and Article VI, Section 100-60 B (1) for permlssion to build
and operate Section II of campground and trailer park. Loca-
tion of property: South side North Road (CR27) and Queen Street,
Greenport, New York, bounded on the north by CR27 (North Road);
east by Queen Street; west by Village of Greenpo~, now or for-
merly Fenno, now or formerly Francisco, now or formerly Sledjeski;
south by Village of Greenport.
