above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the

second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck,Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northwesterly line of Riley
Avenue at the southeasterly corner of Lot 9 and the southwesterly corner of Lot
10 as shown on a map entitled ,Map of Property of G.H., W.T. & D.T. Riley at
Mattituck, N.Y."filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office November 27, 1928 as
Map No. 186, from said point of beginning running northwesterly along the
northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 9 at right angles to said northwesterly
line of Riley Avenue, 169.96 feet to a concrete monument; thence along said land
now or formerly of William Scholl, Sr. and Josephine Huttenlocker, 2 courses as
follows;

(2) southeasterly on a line which is parallel with said northeasterly
boundary of said Lot 9 and 50.0 feet northeasterly therefrom; measured at right
