BEGINNING ata point of the Southwesterly side of Rosewood Drive at the
division line between Lot No. 13 and Lot No. 11 as shown on the above

RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds West 174.10
feet.along said division line to the Northeasterly side of land now or formerly
