Oregon, near Mattituck,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Number 1 on a certain map entitled, Map of
Subdivision of Saltaire Estates,Town of Southold, at Mattituck, Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on April 3, 1966 as Map Number 4682 and being more particularly
bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound View Avenue where the
same is intersected by the division line between lots 1 and 2. Said point being
distant 76.93 feet easterly as measured along the southerly side of Sound View
Avenue from the extreme easterly end of the arc of a curve,which connects the
southerly side of Sound View Avenue with the easterly side of Saltaire Way;
RUNNING THENCE North 61 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds east along the
