of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a 25 ft right of way distant 209.81
feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of said 25 ft
right of way with the southerly side of Main Road, said point of beginning also
being where the division line between the premises described herein and land
