BEGINNING at a pipe set in the southerly side of Calves Neck Road,a town highway,formerly a private road known as
Youngs Road East,said pipe being in the northwesterly corner of the herein described,premises and distant South 29
degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West,51.49 feet from a monument set on the northerly side of said Calves Neck Road
and in the division line separating land of A.Koke on the East side thereof,said monument being distant the following
three courses and distances as measured along the northeasterly,easterly and northerly sides of Calves Neck Road from
the southerly terminus of the town highway known as Youngs Avenue,to wit:

THENCE along said land last mentioned South 19 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West,150.33 feet to a pipe in land
