Suffolk, State of New York, which plot is known as and by the Lot Numbers Ninety-three (93) and Ninety-four (94) as
shown on a map entitled "Map of Section Two Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island" which map
was filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23rd, 1927, under the Number 275, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bayview Drive at the extreme southeasterly end of the are of a curve
connecting the northerly side of Bayview Drive and the easterly side of Dogwood Lane;
RUNNING'THENCE westerly and northerly along the are of a curve bearing to the right subtended by a chord.beating of
North 31 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West,a distance of 8.1.72 feet to the easterly side of Dogwood Lane;
TRENCE North 45 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East along the division line between Lots 94 and 95, 182.48 feet to a
point;
