Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971-1179 Mechanical & Electrical Certification PECONIC LANDING APT BLDG & COMMUNITY CENTER Long Island, New York 2000/473.00, 2000/474.00 Dear Michael: Becker Morgan Group, Inc. certifies that on June 12th, 13th, 25th & 26th we conducted on- site visits & observed construction of the Community Center and the Apartment Building and found, to the best of our knowledge, information and belief, construction consistent with the intent of the mechanical design documents and codes, laws and ordinances applicable at the time of design. Our certification is limited to observations recorded on these dates. Becker Morgan Group, Inc. has not provided regular or comprehensive on-site construction observations. Construction has deviated from the design documents, most notable in the conversion of the closed-loop heat pump system to a geothermal system. However, the conversion to a geothermal system and other observed deviations are consistent within the design intent established by Becker Morgan Group, Inc.'s design documents.
