Dear Ms. Pellegrini:
With regards to your letter received on July 16, 2021 requesting to trim back
bushes and trees at above mentioned property, Trustee Nick Krupski performed
a site visit on July 21, 2021 and determined that the trees may be limbed up to
approximately 15' in height, and the bushes may be pruned with the condition
that no ground cover or plant removal is to occur without the requirement of a
permit from this office.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
