Trustees to:
Construct a fixed timber dock(with water and electricity),to extend seaward from existing boat house
walkway,consisting of a 4'x 54'fixed timber catwalk(constructed with open-grate decking); a 3'x 12'
hinged ramp;and a 6'x 20' "L"-shaped float secured by two 8"- 10"-diameter pilings,as depicted on the
project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated November 1,2021.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

WORK SESSION & PUBLIC HEARINGS
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2021 at 5:OOPM & 5:30PM
TOWN HALL MAIN MEETING HALL AND VIA ZOOM ONLINE PLATFORM
A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF
TRUSTEES will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 with the Work Session beginning
at 5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM.
The public is invited to attend the meetings either in person or virtually via the Zoom
online platform. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT VACINATED AT
ALL TIMES WHEN INSIDE ANY OF THE TOWN BUILDINGS.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disalvo@town.southold.ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.
