Volosik, RA and determined that the proposed dwelling and accessory structures are out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 275 of the Town Wetland Cade and Chapter"!11 of the Town Code. Therefore;in accordance with the current Wetlands Code(Chapter 275)and the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area(Chapter 111)no permit is required.
