Kruszeski and Andy Epple responded back to me that the Bay Constables and Lori Hulse have been aware of this vessel for some time now. Bay Constable Kirincic did go out to inspect it last Friday to ensure no oils/fuel/other chemicals are not leaking from the vessel. I was informed that at this time, nothing is leaking from the vessel. It has been recommended that perhaps the Board of Trustees could go look at the boat and/or possibly discuss it further with the Bay Constables and L. Hulse. The boat owner has claimed lack of funds to remedy the situation when questioned by the Bay Constables.
