We respectfully request a letter of"No jurisdiction". I represent John and Margaret
Krepp who owns a house on the south side of Island View Lane.
My clients have an application to add a second story over the existing dwelling.
Pursuant to Town Code Section 275-4 0) no permit is required for a second story over
the existing structure where there is no increase in the footprint.
Enclosed is my client's check for$50.00, a copy of their survey, and a copy of the
construction drawings for the second floor and authorization.
