Your neighbors Mr. &Mrs. Polidora have applied for a variance to construct a one story
addition connecting an existing single family dwelling to an existing detached garage at
the above mentioned properly.
A public hearing has been scheduled on this matter by the Southold Town Zoning Board
of Appeals. The public hearing will be held at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, January 6,2022.
The attached legal notice gives details on both the location of the hearing if you wish to
appear in person and how to access the online meeting and the files for this project.
Attached is a copy of the legal notice and a reduced copy of the survey showing the
proposed variance highlighted.

SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 2022:
