I am writing since I can't find any reference in the town code.

Whoever has a duck blind on East/Haywater cove creek was shooting as early as 6:15
AM today, Sunday morning.
All I can find in the town code references noise before 7AM and no hunting in recreation
areas....
I assume whoever has the blind needs permits.....Are they within permitted parameters
and can they be curtailed?
