Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated
as and by part of the lot number 50A on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of
Property of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, New York," made by Daniel i
R. Young, Surveyor, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, on i
January 12, 1926, as Map No. 801. Said premises are more particularly bounded
and described according to a survey made by Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land
Surveyors of Greenport, New York, dated March 15, 1965, and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument which monument is located on the
northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, being the Southeast corner part of said
