A total of thirty(30) property owners participated in the purchase as listed in Appendix A. The current IVHOA Board of Directors consists of the following members: President: Margaret Krepp (mkreppl@gmail.com) Vice-President: Mark Torpey (torpey.mr@gmail.com) Secretary:Trish Martin (trishmartin@gmail.com) Treasurer:Alan Katz (katz.allan@gmail.com) Member: Gary Mangus (garymangus@gmail.com) Member:John Milazzo (jcmila@gmail.com) An aerial view of the property is provided in Appendix B and the members of the IVHOA are shown in the red outlined area. The IVHOA Board of Directors is currently developing a set of bylaws and guidelines governing the collective use of the property. All the participating members are committed to protecting the long-term environmental integrity of this unique parcel. Additional information included is as follows: • IVHOA Articles of Incorporation (Appendix C) • Property Deed (Appendix D) • Check enclosed for pre-submission application fee of$50 The objective of this memo is to introduce the IVHOA as the new owner of the parcel and gather any/all informal feedback from the Town Trustees regarding how best to optimally manage the property. Specifically,the IVHOA wishes to schedule a "pre-submission" meeting at the property to discuss the appropriate use (language,size,design, and placement) of signage to prevent unlawful trespass. The property is unique in that the underwater land within the creek is held in collective private ownership by the IVHOA. The IVHOA Board of Directors recognizes the essential role the Trustees play in serving as respectful stewards of public lands and is interested in learning as much as we can on how to get it right.
