1. Treiber, Peter and Irene - Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of the
Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property at 405 Rackets Court, Orient, NY. Proposed
Additions and Alterations to a Single Family Dwelling. SCTM# 1000-17-6-8.
2. HC NoFo –– Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of the Southold Town
Code at a registered landmark property at 53315 Main Road, Travelers Street, Southold. Proposed
Construction of an Affordable Housing Project. Three new 2 story buildings, each to contain four
units; one existing 2 story building to contain 2 units (Total 14 units). SCTM No. 61-1-9.1.
3. Becker, Kathleen, as Trustee Living Trust – Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section
170-7(b) of the Southold Town Code at a registered landmark property 154 King Street, Orient.

4. Kane, Keith & Lynette - Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7(b) of the
