County, and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Reydon Drive distant 570 feet northeasterly as measured
along the northwesterly side of Reydon Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side
of Reydon Drive with the northeasterly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 69 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West 415.68 feet;
THENCE North 20 degrees 1 I minutes 20 seconds East 128.71 feet to the southwesterly side of a 25 foot right of
way;
THENCE along said right of way, South 69 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West, 419.36 feet to the northwesterly
side of Reydon Drive; and

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
