That.the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-75-5-12; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the B Zoning District; 4. This site plan is for the proposed construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. storage building on 0.6 acres in the General Business•"B" Zoning District. The property is located at 41625 Main Road, Peconic. 5.
