I am the Trustee of the Gerard E Puccio Trust and a Member of Love Five, LLC. As of the time of this letter, the house, at 380 West Cove Rd, Cutchogue, NY 11935 is still in the name of the Gerard E Puccio Trust. Back in December 2020, 1 submitted paperwork to transfer ownership of the house to Love Five, LLC. That transfer is still processing and,could even be recorded by the time you receive this letter.
