Wicks, L.S. dated �L November 5`h, 2021. �O PLANTING NOTES: In order to mitigate the existing clearing seaward of the existing dwelling, the applicant proposes a 2:1 replacement of the mature woody growth cleared (±twelve [12] swamp white oaks removed, twenty-four [24] to be planted), as well as to establish an herbaceous understory thereunder consisting of Northern Bayberry (Morella pensylvanica), Butterfly weed (Aesclepias tuberosa), Seaside Goldenrod (Solidago sempervirens), Lowbush Blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolimn), and Red fescue (Festuca rubra). Further, the applicant proposes to erect a y temporary deer fence to remain in place for 3 years subsequent to the proposed revegetation, in oma„\ order to ensure that the planted material has "off become well established. After three years, the deer fencing will be relocated to the landward �G edge of the landscaped portion of the parcel. Other areas of this property are currently 02 inhabited by White Oak(Quercus alba), Lowbush Blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium), Common ` Reed (Phragmites australis), Mile-a-minute (Pei sicaria perfoliata), Raspberry (Bubas spp.).
