WITNESSETH, that Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action by U.S. Bank NA,
successor trustee to Bank of America,NA, successor to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, for the
Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2005-11 Trust, against
Vivian Zhang, et al., as Defendants, under Index No. 032521/2009, foreclosing a Mortgage
recorded on October 19, 2005, in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in 21154 at
Page 512, pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered by the Supreme Court of the
State of New York, Suffolk County, on December 18, 2019, and in consideration of One Million
Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($1,380,000.00) bid by PDQ Equities LLC and _
Hunter One Realty LLC, being the highest sum bid at the sale under said judgment, does hereby

executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever,
