September 23, 1927 as Map#275, being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southerly side of Parsons Boulevard where same is intersected by the
division line between lots 81 and 82 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Parson Boulevard South 47 degrees 34 minutes 04 seconds East 86.23
feet to a concrete monument;
