In brief, the Site is an irregular-shaped, non-conforming interior lot with easement access from King Street in Orient, and situated within a R-40 zoning district and the Orient Historic District. The visibility of the house from King Street is significantly reduced due to the length (130 + feet) of the easement required to access the property. Additionally, the private road off of Willow Terrace adjacent to the southern boundary restricts the visibility of the subject property. If you have any questions, or require additional information, please contact me. We look forward to the earliest available calendar date. Thanks very much. Barbara J.
