In attempting to expand the house to achieve moxe living and bedroom space,modest traditional style additions are proposed including a 1 story rear shed roof addition,a 1-story side gable mudroom, (2) small front gable dormers and a rear shed dormer. The additions all work off the existing roof structure. The house will be re-roofed with grey.asphalt shingles and re-sided with red cedar shingles. The low- pitched rear shed dormer will be roofed with lead-coated copper.Most windows will be replaced with white clad frames, insulated glass and simulated divided lights with , divisions of 6 (or 4)over 1. Window casings and exterior trim(rakes,fascias and frieze boards)will be constructed with PVC ("Azek")painted white. The existing north garage will be removed and the existing south garage will be moved to its location.
