Dear Ms. ten Napel:
In response to your email sent to this office on May 31, 2020, the Board of Trustees
reviewed your request to cut down and remove one dead tree located on the above
mentioned property, and as seen by Trustee Michael J. Domino on June 4, 2020 and
shown in photographs provided by you.
The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

As per last years conversation'following the town's guide lines, we hereby grant permission for a
member of the Town of Southold to enter the property's backyard located at 320 Glenn Rd, Southold
NY to inspect for cutting down, removal of 1 dead.
