Please be advised that during the construction of the pool house, I performed an inspection of the insulation that was recently installed in the building. The scope of work included insulating the sidewalls, roof and ceiling with closed cell insulation.This insulation assembly type and thickness meet and exceed the requirements of the 2015 IECC Energy code for New York. In addition to this I inspected the fire-caulking at all required locations in the construction assemblies and penetrations and likewise found them to be in compliance with the relevant New York State codes.
