TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Permittee Ronald J. & Maiy Jane Sanchez. residing at 515 South Oakwood Drive, Laurel,New York as part of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit does understand and prescribe to the following: 1. The existing,developed site has been improved with and supported and protected from flooding and erosion by a bulkhead present in its current location since 1984,at which time the New York State Dept.of Environmental Conservation issued a permit for the construction of the identical stretch of bulkhead(TWP No. 10-84-0517). And there is no viable non-structural alternative means of maintaining and protecting the upland property in its current location,,as without replacement and maintenance of the bulkhead,the subject and adjacent hi lkheaded properties would be exposed to severe erosion,flooding,and potential damage to the residential structures located thereon.
