The Board of Trustees reviewed your,request to remove the Norway maple on the west side of the property that is problematic and to prune,the trees-shading the front-yard that are within 100' of the wetlands, as-reviewed and seen by Trustee John-M. Bredemeyer III. The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed at this time and the aforesaid pruning of trees may be done. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
