From: Mark Terry, Assistant Town Planning Director LWRP Coordinator Date: June 16, 2021 Re: Premium Wine Group Storage Building SCTM#: 1000=121.-6-1 Zoning,Distri6t`=LB This amended site plan is for the construction of a 1,860 sq. ft. building for office and storage to connect two existing buildings on site; and, the construction of a 4,402 sq. ft. detached accessory storage building with loading dock and the construction of twelve land banked parking stalls where there exists two buildings totaling 20,585 sq. ft. on a 3.563-acre parcel in the LB Zone. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization'Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form, submitted to this department, the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
