Robinson SCTM #1000-100.-2-4. Location: 2105 Oregon Road in Mattituck The proposed acquisition is for a development rights easement on a part of the property consisting of approximately 30.25± acres (subject to survey) of the 34.5± acre parcel. The property is located in the Agricultural-Conservation (A-C) Zoning District and is situated on the northerly side of Oregon Road approximately 1000 feet westerly from the intersection of Oregon Road and Elijah's Lane in Mattituck, New York. The action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
