Zebroski,Jr. SCTM ##1000-69.-1-8 Location: 37875 County Road 48 in Southold The proposed acquisition is for a development rights easement on 20± acres of the 22±acre parcel (subject to survey) in the Agriculture Conservation (AC) zoning district. The action have been reviewed to Chapter 130 Environmental Quality Review of the Southold Town Code and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation regulation 6NYCCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review and it is my recommendation that the Town Board, as lead agency, issue a Negative Declaration for this Unlisted Action pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617, Section 617.7 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
