ISLAND'S END GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., with offices at 4675
Main Road, Greenport, New York 11944, hereinafter referred to as
the "Grantor" , and ROBERT J. HEANEY. with offices at 4545 Main
Road, Greenport, New York 11944, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee".
WHEREAS, the Grantee owns and operates the restaurant known
as "Skippers" which is located at 4545 Main Road, Greenport, New York,
immediately adjacent to the west and south of property owned by the
Grantor on which the Grantor maintains and operates a golf course; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee wishes �to acquire an easement over a
portion of the property owned by the Grantor for use as a parking area in
connection with the Grantee's ownership and operation of the
aforementioned restaurant. Now, therefore,

GOLF EASEMENT

ISLAND'S END GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., with offices at Main Road, P.O. Box
2066, Greenport,New York 11944,hereinafter referred to as the"Grantee!"
WHEREAS, the Grantee owns and operates the golf course known as Island's End Golf
and Country Club, which is located on Main Road, Greenport,New York, immediately adjacent
to the east and south of property owned by the Grantor on which the Grantor maintains and
operates a restaurant; and

owned by the Grantor for use as pant of the golf course in connection with the Grantee's
ownership and operation of the aforementioned golf course.
