Unfortunately due to their error, four applications were not published in the paper with the Andres Zoitas application being one of the four. Given the fact that the Suffolk Times did not publish this application, these four applications must be postponed to our October 20, 2021 public hearing date. Because the full noticing process failed to be completed, as per Ch. 55 of the Southold Town Code you will have to re- notice adjacent property owners and re-post the property with updated information. This office will mail out the updated noticing paperwork as soon as possible to you. AMP Architecture on behalf of ANDRES ZOITAS requests a Wetland Permit to construct a proposed 17'x40' (830sq.ft.) pool with sun-shelf; a proposed 3,228sq.ft. pervious patio at grade; a proposed 36" high stone counters by 24 linear foot long outdoor kitchen; and install and perpetually maintain a 30' wide (4,220sq.ft.) non-turf buffer. Located: 1470 Grandview Drive, Orient. SCTM# 1000-14-2-3.15 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP. This decision was based on the ZBA conditions imposed. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
