WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and No Cents
($10.00)and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected,situate,lying and being in the at New Suffolk,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of
New York,being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Fanning Road distant 375 feet easterly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Fanning Road with the easterly side of Grathwohl
Road;
THENCE South 81 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly side of Fanning Road, 100
feet to land now or formerly of Sposato;
THENCE South 8 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West along the last mentioned land,200 feet to land
now or formerly of Januick;
THENCE North 81 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West along the last mentioned land and land now or
formerly of Gleason; 100 feet to land now or formerly of Fisher;
THENCE North 8 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East along the last mentioned land,200 feet to the
