2/20/2018 a resident of Suffolk'County, New York, and VIRGINIA
F. VIVIANO N/K/A VIRGINIA F. ROMANO, residing at 2 Belaire
Drive, Westport, Connecticut 06880,
party of the first part,and CHERYL VIVIANO, residing at 36020 Main Road,
Cutchogue, New York 11935, as to a ninety-nine percent (990)
interest; and VIRGINIA F. VIVIANO N/K/A VIRGINIA F. ROMANO,
residing at 2 Belaire Drive, Westport, Connecticut 06880, as
to a one percent (1%) interest,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeing at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being bounded and described in Schedule A which is
attached hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated November 7, 2020, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 3, 2021 in Liber 13102 page 740.
This deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose of
correcting an error in the deed from Cheryl Viviano, surviving spouse
of Paul F. Viviano who died 2/20/2018 in Suffolk County, and Virginia
F. Viviano N/K/A Virginia F. Romano, to Cheryl Viviano, which deed was
dated November 7, 2020, and was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's /
Office on May 3, 2021 in Liber 13102 page 740. The aforesaid deed is ✓
incorrect in that the party of the first part intended that the party
of the second part was to be Cheryl Viviano as to a ninety-nine
percent (99%) interest and Virginia F. Viviano N/K/A Virginia F.
Romano as to a one percent (1%) interest.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything.whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

monument in the Road at the point where the dividing line
between lands now or formerly of Antone and Mary Wysocki and
Lands now or formerly of Edward A. Zuhoski and Denise Marie
Zuhoski intersects said southeasterly side of Main Road (N.Y. S .
Route 25) , said point also being where the northwesterly corner
of premises to be described herein intersects with said
southeasterly side of Main Road (N. Y. S. Route 25) , and said
point also being where the northeasterly line of premises now or
formerly of Joan A. Eickhoff and Walter A. Stepnoski intersects
with said southeasterly side of Main Road (N.Y. S. Route 25) ;
RUNNING THENCE along said southeasterly side of Main Road
(N. Y. S. Route 25) North 59 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East
82 . 0 feet to a found monument where said southeasterly side of
Main Road' (N. Y. S . Route 25) is intersected by the southwesterly
