ALL that certain tract, parcel or piece of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as Lots Numbered 49 and 50 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Goose Neck, situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. owned by G.W. Smith & Sons,"
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 22, 1948 as and by File No. 1663 and an additional described piece of land. When taken together being
bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING at a pipe on the Southerly line of Smith Drive South, at the northwesterly corner of Lot 50, as shown on "Map
of Goose Neck"filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1663;
RUNNING THENCE along said southerly line of Smith Drive South North 80 degrees 30 minutes East 107.12 feet to an
iron pipe at the northeasterly corner of Lot 49 as shown on said map;
THENCE along the easterly line of said Lot 49 and the extension southerly thereof, South 30 degrees 30 minutes East
287.79 feet more or less to the tie lien of Goose Creek;
THENCE along said tie line the following three (3) courses and distances:
1, North 88 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West 37.32 feet;
2. North 78 degrees 36 minutes 01 seconds West 64.10 feet;
3. North 59 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds West 42.45 feet;
THENCE North 30 degrees 30 minutes West 226.42 feet to a pipe on the Southerly line of Smith Drive South and the point
or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this .commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
premises which by taw constitute real property.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, of in and to the
