Part of said condition requires that the property owner adds this verbiage into covenants and restrictions as part of the recorded deed through the Suffolk County Clerk's Office for said property. The Board of Trustees have reviewed your request to waive the requirement of adding said condition into formal covenants and restrictions of the deed to the property due to the fact:that the dwelling that was issued a permit is part of:a large property containing six dwellings and a club house, and as owner of dwelling #11 you own stocks into said property, there is no single andseparate deed for said dwelling. Given the facts submitted, the Board has determined that the special condition of covenants and restrictions be added to the deed will not be required at this time, but it is understood that the area around the dwelling is to be, kept as a non-turf buffer area, and as per the site plans prepared by AMP Architecture, last dated July 19, 2021 and stamped approved on September 15, 2021. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact the Trustee's Office. .
