Unfortunately due to their error, four applications were not published in the paper with the Bren Pelton&Alex Vinash application being one of the four. Given the fact that the Suffolk Times did not publish this application, these four applications must be postponed to our October 20, 2021 public hearing date. Because the full noticing process failed to be completed, as per Ch. 55 of the Southold Town Code you will have to re-notice adjacent property owners and re-post the property with updated information. This office will mail out the updated noticing paperwork as soon as possible to you. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
