1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove existing dock,and construct farther from westerly property line a new dock,consisting of a 4'x
69'fixed timber catwalk(constructed with open-grate decking,rope handrails,and two sets of 4'x 6'steps
for beach access),3'x 16'aluminum ramp,and 6'x 20'"L"-shaped float secured by(2) 10"-diameter
pilings,to be accessed by a 4'x 34'fixed timber stairway with one(1)4'x 6'platform,all as depicted on
the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated July 30,2021. Dock to be connected to water and
electricity.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
875 Calves Neck Road,Southold
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

WORK SESSION & PUBLIC HEARINGS
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2021 at 5:OOPM & 5:30PM
TOWN HALL MAIN MEETING HALL AND VIA A ZOOM ONLINE PLATFORM
A Regular Work Session and Public Board Hearings of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF
TRUSTEES will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 with the Work Session beginning
at 5:OOPM and Public Hearings beginning at 5:30PM.
The public is invited to attend the meetings either in person or virtually via the Zoom
online platform. Masks are still required for members of the public who are not fully
vaccinated.
Written comments may also be submitted via email to the Trustees Clerks at
elizabethc@southoldtownny.gov and diane.disalvo@town.southold ny.us. Said comments will
be considered at the public hearing provided that they are submitted no later than 12:00 P.M.
(Prevailing Time) on the day of the public hearing.
The public will have access to view and listen to the meeting as it is happening via Zoom. If you
do not have access to a computer or smartphone, there is an option to listen in via telephone.
