situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated on a certain map on file in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk entitled, "Map of Wiggins Estates" and signed by Nathaniel Corwin, J. Wickham
Case and Sidney A. Griffin, Commissioners in Partition, as Lot Number One Hundred and
Forty One (141) said map being filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in

BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Sixth Street where the northerly line of
land of Long Island Railroad Company intersects said easterly side of Sixth Street;
