SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 55 on a certain map entitled: "Subdivision
Map of Cedar Beach Park" completed September 15, 1926 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 12/20/1927 as Map No. 90, as said map was revised
on 8/5/1959, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of a private road known as Lakeside Drive
where the division line between lots 56 and 55 as shown on the above mentioned map intersect
the southerly side of Lakeside Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned division line, South 41 degrees 39 minutes 30
seconds West, 268.05 feet to the high water mark of Stillwater Lake, as of 4/7/2021;
THENCE in a general northerly and northwesterly direction along the high water mark of Stillwater
Lake, a distance of 128.28 feet to the division line between lots 54 and 55 as shown on the above
mentioned map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 33 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East,
212.22 feet to the southerly side of Lakeside Drive;
THENCE along the southerly side of Lakeside Drive, the following two (2) courses and distances:
