less easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of northerly side of North Bay View Road with
the easterly side of Reydon Drive said point or place of beginning being on the easterly of a certain
private road, 50 feet wide said point of place of beginning distant 387.34 feet measured easterly along the
northerly side of North Bay View Road from the point of intersection of the easterly line of Map of
Reydon Shores with the northerly side of North Bayview Road;
THENCE North 20 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds east along the easterly side of said private road
400 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds east, 60 feet;
THENCE South 3 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds east,262.16 feet to the northwesterly side of
North Bay View Road;
THENCE South 64 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds west along the northwesterly side of North Bay

Boyle,his wife by deed dated June 10, 1980 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 10, 1980 in Liber 8912 at page 144.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises commonly known as 10455 North Bayview
Road,Southold,New York, 11971;
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of-the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the costs of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
