near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 3 on a certain map entitled "Map of Southwood at
Southold" filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on November 24, 1953 as
Map No. 2141, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Park Way distant 342.73 feet
southerly from the extreme southerly terminus of a curve which curve connects the
