PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
This Partial Release of Mortgage, made as of theS� day of April, 2021, by Mark

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being near the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the North Road (County Route 48) at a
locust post at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Herbert Fordham;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of said North Road North 78 degrees 6
minutes 30 seconds East, 73.50 feet to a monument at a point where the North Road
intersects Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 57 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East, 46.27 feet to a granite
marker on the westerly side of Main Street at the northeasterly corner of land now or
formerly of Carl Henkel;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West 101.85 feet along the
land now or formerly of Henkel to a concrete marker and the land of Herbert Fordham;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Herbert Fordham North 119 degrees 23 minutes 30
seconds West 50.99 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
