Therefore, in accordance with the current Wetlands Code (Chapter 275)_ no permit is required. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. The owner proposes to renovate /reconstruct an existing 50'x 30' barn including the demolition of 26.3'x 50.5'collapsed addition to the barn, removal of a dilapidated shed, removal of a mobile home and the removal of several areas of debris and garbage near the barn area. The existing foundation and first floor are proposed to remain and be repaired and reinforced as necessary. The project is located on the east side of Indian Neck Lane 974' south of Spring Lane. The existing building is 82.3' from the tidal wetlands and the portion of the building to be removed is 56.8'from the tidal wetlands. Thank you for your assistance.
