By acceptance of this permit, applicant agrees to adequately supervise and direct all parking to be on the premises or at another site, and to provide parking assistants and any additional traffic controls necessary for this event. Parking is strictly prohibited on ANY Town, County or State Roads or Rights of Way. 2. Updated 8/7/2018 North Fork Beach Clean Up September 29, 2021 - Celebration of Contest Winners at Port of Egypt Marine This is a community contest where teams collect plastic garbage from the local be and compete to see who ends up with the most garbage on the final day, September 29. We will have a weigh in of all the debris by team and the winners will be announced. Plastic debris will be donated to Upsculpt, an organization that repurposes plastic ocean debris into art and the rest will be taken by dumpster to Mattituck Sanitation. The weigh in is,from 3-6pm and the celebration is from 6-9pm. The celebration consists of a food truck from Mattitaco and beer and wine donations from Claudio's Restaurant, an event sponsor. We will have a weigh in of all the debris by team and the winners-will be announced. Plastic debris will be donated to Upsculpt, an organization that repurposes plastic ocean debris into art and the rest will be taken by dumpster to Mattituck Sanitation.
