Fourteen(14) on a certain map entitled"Map of Lots on Fishers Island embracing the Highland Range between the Great
Harbor and Atlantic Shore, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York, on the 23rd day of
September, 1878, and numbered 339, in said office, excepting so much as has heretofore been conveyed to Arthur B.
Kinsolving and Salty Bruce Kinsolving, his wife, by deed dated November 23, 1936, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 3451 of deeds, at page 381 on the 17th day of December, 1952,the premises being hereby conveyed being
specifically bounded and described as follows:
